Application Instructions
- Identify the muscle or area that you want to target. This can be a specific muscle group or a trigger point that feels tight or sore.
- Place the small foam roller on the targeted muscle or trigger point.
- Using your body weight, apply pressure to the roller by pressing into the muscle or rolling the foam roller back and forth. Start with light pressure and gradually increase the intensity.
- Roll the foam roller back and forth, moving it around the targeted muscle or trigger point. You can also try circular or side-to-side motions. Keep the pressure on the foam roller and adjust your position as needed to target different areas.
- Continue rolling for 1-2 minutes, or until you feel the muscle relax and release tension. Repeat the process on other muscles or trigger points as needed.
