CureTape Sensor Patches are adhesive sensor patches designed to protect your CGM sensor. These patches allow you to move around safely and comfortably with a cool patch without worrying about the sensor falling off. You can simply stick the patch over the Freestyle Libre, Medtronic Guardian, Dexcom G6, or any other sensor of a similar size.

Made from the highest quality kinesio tape, Sensor Patches offer excellent grip and comfort. This way you can carry out your daily activities without any worries. The sensor patches are also very suitable for children so that they can move safely and comfortably without their sensor coming loose. CureTape Sensor Patches are also skin-friendly, latex-free, and water-resistant. So whether you have an active lifestyle, are an athlete or just have busy daily activities, these patches ensure a longer life for your sensor.

CureTape Sensor Patches featuring a printed pattern (i.e. Leopard, Tattoo, Zebra, Tiger) are created using a unique printing process where the dye is fully absorbed into the fibers, not just sitting on top. This ensures the cotton remains smooth, elastic, and comfortable.

Please note: Even though the adhesive layer is hypoallergenic, it may not be suitable for all skin types. Some individuals might still experience a skin reaction. If you notice any allergic reaction, itching, pain, or irritation, remove the patch immediately.

Application Instructions

  1. Clean the Skin Thoroughly: Remove any lotions, oils, moisture, and dirt from the skin.
  2. Apply Before Activity: For optimal performance, apply the patch at least one to two hours before exercising or showering.
  3. Remove Excess Hair: This helps improve adhesion.
  4. Apply After Sensor Setup: Wait until the new sensor is properly installed and functioning before applying the patch.
  5. Avoid Touching the Adhesive: Handle the patch carefully to maintain the stickiness of the adhesive.
  6. Press Firmly: After applying the patch, rub the area around the sensor thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion.
  7. Trim Loose Edges: If the edges start to peel, use scissors to trim them to prevent the patch from coming off entirely.
  8. Water-Resistant Care: The patch is water-resistant. After showering, swimming, or bathing, gently pat the patch dry with a towel. Avoid using a hairdryer.
  9. Remove If Irritated: If you experience an allergic reaction, itching, pain, or irritation, remove the patch immediately.
