Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you checkout. If the address is incorrect then as per eBay Policy we cannot change the address because of security protections. Prior to the order being shipped, you may request to cancel the order.

For our express service, we aim to ship orders within one business day of receiving payment. For our standard service, we aim to ship orders within three business days'. Delivery times are an average of 10 business days'. International delivery may take longer, up to 30 business days for some countries. Orders will be packed for maximum protection, discreetly. You will receive a tracking number for your order. 

Our Returns Policy is 30 Days. We offer an exchange of product in the event the product is faulty, and a refund when required to under Australian Consumer Law. 

Unless the product is covered by an extended Manufacturer's Warranty, you must notify us of any problems within 30 days' of receiving the item. After that time passes, we consider the product to be of a satisfactory condition. To help us troubleshoot the matter, we may ask for video or photo evidence. 

We do not accept returns for a change in mind. In the event of an approved return, goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, or this negates the warranty due to the personal nature of the products we sell.
