All exterior edges of cloth binding gently rubbed, more severe at head and tail of spine, overall light scratching and wear to spines and boards vol. 2 has a thin vertical crease to the center of the spine, else fine. Profusely illustrated with hundreds of plates, cuts, illustrations, maps etc., 10 of the plates in the “Japanese” chapter are in color. This 1908 conference laid the groundwork for modern day fisheries management.
