1. We have warehouses in China and the United States, shipping via Speedpak or USPS or UPS. Other countries will ship from China via Speedpak or EMS or DHL or Fedex.
If the goods are in China, we will ship our items within 1-3 business days via standard SpeedPAK or international shipping;
If the shipping address is in the United States, we will ship our items via USPS or UPS within 1-2 business days.
A tracking number will be provided once the item ships.

2. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Please check with your country's customs office to determine the amount of these additional charges before bidding/buying.

3. Since the logistics does not accept collection and delivery on holidays and weekends, we will ship the goods on working days.

4. In the following situations, you need to contact the local post office or customs department:
Postal worker delivery error;
Shipping delays due to customs seizure;
Delivery failed due to incorrect address;
