Shipping Policies

All non-freight items will ship the same day or following business day as the item is purchased. Expedited shipping is available at checkout

• International shipping rates apply everywhere outside of the continental US and are calculated by Ebay.
• Any international customs fees, duty charges, or other fees associated with international ordering must be paid by buyer.
• Processing time for larger sized items that require freight may be up to 3 business days depending on freight delivery location availability
• Large items can only be shipped to a business/commercial address via Freight Shipping. Delivering large items to a residential address will require extra cost/additional payment.
• Please note that we will only ship to an address provided on eBay at the check out. If you accidentally used the wrong address, you will have to cancel and reorder
• Freight Shipping companies require the customer to unload the shipment. If you cannot unload the shipment yourself, an additional fee will be incurred by the freight company for a liftgate service. Message us

Return Policy

• A return will be accepted for any reason within 30 days of the item being received by the customer. Items eligible for return are non-functional items. Items returned which are not defective may be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee.
