As of October 17, 2025, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) has become mandatory for all international eBay shipments.
This change follows the removal of the U.S. de minimis rule, which previously allowed low-value imports (under USD 800) to enter duty-free.
Under the new DDP system, the seller is responsible for pre-paying all import duties and customs clearance fees on behalf of the buyer, ensuring faster and smoother delivery.
Buyers no longer need to pay customs charges upon arrival.
However, state sales tax and VAT (if applicable) will continue to be collected automatically by eBay at checkout.
Please note that shipping rates may appear slightly higher than before because they now include the import duty and related processing costs.
You can use various payment methods based on eBay Managed Payments.
Import duties and taxes are now prepaid by the seller under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) policy, in accordance with eBayβs latest shipping and customs regulations.
This means the total shipping cost may be slightly higher than before, as it includes import duty and customs clearance fees.
Please note that state sales tax and VAT (if applicable) remain the buyerβs responsibility and are collected automatically by eBay at checkout.
We ship only to the address registered on eBay.
Due to customs procedures or local delivery conditions, delivery may take longer than the estimated date.
