All tools feel/look brand new unless otherwise stated in the items TITLE/description. This however does not mean the handles might not have cosmetic scratches from improper carry/transportation. This listing, all tools look and feel brand new. No signs of usage on a single tool.
BROKEN/TINKERERS listings are for BROKEN tools. Something is wrong with them. Super dirty, or just a bit rusty, etc. You need to tell me what tool/s you are wanting and Ill send you the full piece with them, you will have to take them apart and scavenge from them yourself. Usually most tools might just have one or two tools broken but the other 8+ tools are great shape. I dont have the time to break these down/apart yet and sell the pieces individually.
