Peng peng brand dragon ball z sweatshirt. Made in Munich Germany. Appears to be an iron on style decal not silk screened.

I believe this is Y2K era but I’m not an expert. It being made in Germany makes me think it’s vintage or possibly not original dragon ball z creation.

In good preowned vintage condition. Appears not washed more than once if at all- the inside is still soft.

Only flaw I see is a small scuff on the bottom hem shown in upclose photo. Should wash out but I haven’t tried.
