First, And this is important.

I have been selling on eBay for over 25 years. This is a custom product designed and produced by myself, All my custom products have a 1 year warranty. Any problem send it back for a refund or replacement. You have NO risk.

I'm a mechanical designer. I design products and replacement parts in addition to other things. I designed these because I don't think a single replacement knob should cost over $100 bucks. Heck, I don't think it should cost over $20. So, I designed a set of inserts to repair the knobs on Samsung ovens that use the P/N: DG94-01712/13A knob. (Go check the prices on these knobs yourself... Go ahead, I'll wait.) 

Note: The amazon replacements don't look like the originals, and they're made even worse.

If you have a Samsung stove that uses these knobs and they HAVEN'T broken yet (they will). If you install these before yours crack, they'll never crack. Just buy the kit and upgrade all the knobs on your stove.

Repair Instructions:

1. Pull the knob off the stove.

2. Remove the screws that hold the metal plate on. If you break the screw bosses off the knob don't worry, you don't technically NEED the screws anymore. However, if all the screws come out ok, you can re-use them and skip the glue.

3. Press the replacement insert into the knob till it bottoms out.

4. Put a dot of CA glue (crazy glue, cyanoacrylate, etc) at the 4 points shown in the photos.

5. Let the glue cure and push the knobs back onto the stove.

This entire kit costs 1/2 of ONE OEM replacement knob.

There are 5 inserts for Burner Knobs and 1 insert for the light knob.
