Polyglyceryl-6 Stearate is an ester of polyglycerin and stearic acid.  It is a water-in-oil emulsifier with excellent moisturizing properties. It also functions as an emollients and non-ionic surfactant Polyglyceryl-6 Stearate is mainly used in color cosmetics.
