Delivery Time Scale
We aim to have your door delivered within 7 working days.
Orders placed will be dispatched to the warehouse the same or next working day for picking and processing.
The next working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) is classed as Day 1 of the delivery timescale.

5. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, grain, finish, size, or design may occur.
Natural products such as wood doors may vary in shade and grain pattern.
Measurements and specifications should always be checked before installation.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Goods must not be installed if damage or faults are present, as installation confirms acceptance of the product.
7. Cancellations & Returns
Customers have the right to cancel eligible orders within 30 days of receiving their goods.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once goods have been returned and inspected.
Made-to-measure, special order, or bespoke items may be non-returnable unless faulty.
8. Liability
RLF Trading LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Checking of the Goods
In the very rare event that there are any issues with the goods delivered, we recommend checking your item carefully for any obvious signs of damage or unsuitability before installation.
If you believe there is any damage to your delivery, please inform the courier immediately and refuse to sign for the goods where possible. You must also notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you will be entitled to an exchange, replacement, or full refund once the fault has been confirmed. Where necessary, we will arrange collection of the faulty item(s) and aim to provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
All orders include a 30-day money-back guarantee as standard. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your complete order, without giving a reason.
All refunds will be returned via the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear back in your account after the refund has been processed.
