HOW TO CUSTOMISE
- Select your size and design from the dropdown menu and ensure that you have completed your purchase. You need to order and pay for your item before sending your customisation info.
- Once your have completed your purchase, click on 'send seller a message' and simply drop us a quick message stating the name and age or date you would like.
- If you have selected the PHOTO option, click on the 'add photos' button in the message to seller box to select your photos. If you are using the app this may appear as a little camera icon.
We aim to ship all items within 1-2 business days of receiving your customisation info.
There are various delivery methods available at the checkout stage and each one will display an estaimated delivery date. Please select the most appropriate delivery method enusring that you have checked the estimated delivery date as custom items are non-refundable.
Please ensure that you send your customisation details as soon as you place the order. Any delay in sending your customisation info will delay your item being printed and any delivery dates given will be void if we do not receive your customisation details the same day that you place the order.
Custom items are non-refundable and are not covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Items can only be returned under exceptional circustances such as:
- A spelling mistake or typing error made by us
- Severely damaged and item left in a safe place and not handed to resident (if a resident ACCEPTS an item that is clearly damaged no refund will be given)
- No delivery attempt made within 3 days of the estimated delivery date
- Wrong design sent by us
