Timetec bike offer 2 years warranty our carbon wheels and rims. If you find any manufacturer defects, we will off new products for replacement. And buyer need to pay shipping cost. Normal wear parts like spokes, hub and brake pads are not under warranty.

ABOUT SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

1,The Standard shipping is aliexpress standard or EMS.It takes about 15-50 days to arrive you. Delivery time will verify depends on different destination countries.

2, Seller’s shipping method(DPD/DHL 15-40 days)
Customers from below Europe countries,If you prefer door to door shipping(taxes included), we highly recommend you to this shipping method. As this shipping way can avoid customs problem. The package will be finally delivered by DPD/DHL.
