This is a genuine Mercedes-Benz telephone handset from a 1999 Mercedes and it includes the cradle. Mercedes Benz vehicles from 1999 - 2004 were limited to four choices of phones in the US market: MicroTac (this phone) StarTac, Timeport and V60. Only the handsets that were purchased from the dealership can fully integrate with the car, since their firmware is different from their off the shelve counterparts.
The phone has the Mercedes logo on it. Condition per photos.
In light of all of the above, there are no returns on this unit. Seriously, don't order this, try to get it to work, which it won't, then complain that you want your money back.
