at the bottom of the spine of the book it states "BURT'S HOME LIBRARY" see pictures.

lightly decorated spine, no ornimentation of front of back cover. This book probably was sold with a dust jacket that listed the names of the different books in the BURT'S HOME LIBRARY collection. This book has not existing dust jacket.

Condition: Top and bottom edges of spine show moderate wear - threads are visible. Front and back covers show moderate edge wear at the corners and some surface wear. The hinges are tightly attached. Previous owner's name on tag attached to inside front cover and written on inside of back cover. pages show tanning from age. edges of pages show aging spots and tanning.
