   (China imports are almost always 25 guage = .45mm, which is 30% thinner.  They are called "tin" signs due to flimsy quality)

*Item Description*

In addition to artwork pictures and the bulleted "Sign Details" above, the following disclaimers apply to every item, in full disclosure:

1) Color: Some slight color variation is normal and should be expected, especially hues, shades, and tints.  Printing to metal is not the same as printing to paper. It involves a 3 step, 4 color process with special inks under extreme heat, with subsequent cooling.  Images on device screens display up to 16 million "colors," but 4-color "sub-ink" for metal can only produce16k. Also, like a wall of TV screens at a department store, different devices display different colors, according to internal settings and hardware/software components.  I cannot compare your particular device to the finished product before I ship.  Please do not order if you want or need colors to "exactly" match what you may see on your digital screen.  I do not and cannot guarantee precise "color match"  I do try to produce colors that are as close as possible to the master files, but even the masters look different when I view them on different devices.

2) Minor material flaws: The "unseen" silver side of the sign (that goes against your wall) will usually have small imperfections like thin scratches, little dimples, smudges or blemishes.  This is due to the processing of raw metal sheets into individual plates, with the coatings required for a printable product. It is not an indication of "quality" nor does it signify a "used" item.  I do not sell used products.  These minor material flaws may not be suitable for absolute perfectionists, or those with OCD.  My signs and prints are indeed "top quality," and "brand new," but will have some small material flaws to the naked eye, especially on the shiny metal side.  The print side, however, is produced and packaged with the utmost care to protect your visible artwork.

Purchasing Limit:

The purchasing limit is 5 units per customer.  Once we have established a positive transactional history, I may increase this limit for you.  For first time buyers who wish to purchase more than 5 items at once, please message me with the specifics and I will create a single, custom listing tailored to your needs.  We can also negotiate any volume discounts at this time.  

Multiple Purchases / Combined Shipping:

I do offer fair discounts for multi-item purchases made at the same time. Also, "Combined Shipping" means that you make a SINGLE payment for multiple items, pay ONE shipping fee that results in ONE shipping label, and all of your items ship in a SINGLE package.  Any shipping discount for "combined shipping" must be applied BEFORE you complete checkout..  If you order multiple items individually, then I will package and ship them individually. You cannot "combine shipping" on separate orders paid on separate invoices.  For example, you cannot place an order in the morning, then place another order the same night, and then request to "combine shipping" after you have already paid for one or both orders. This is non-negotiable. Best practice is to keep items in your cart until you are 100% ready to complete your order and checkout.  If you experience trouble with this process, contact me before you pay so I can try to help.

Production, Processing, Shipping:

Every sign I sell is individually hand crafted, "on demand." Turnover time is typically 1-2 business days, and I ship USPS.  Please monitor your tracking and let me know immediately if there is an obvious problem with USPS service.  I sell across a range of platforms, so I do not follow tracking for every package.  I do not ship on weekends or holidays. I do make every reasonable effort to produce, process, and ship as quickly as possible.  The post office does not always update tracking in real time.  Sometimes USPS scanning is delayed until the package(s) reach a regional sort center, which normally happens within 8-12 hours of actual shipment.  If you order late Friday night, for example, and do not see a tracking update Monday morning, please do not panic. Packages do not always scan in real time. Once you have received a tracking number, your order is in process and will update shortly.  In addition to holidays, please be mindful that severe weather, emergency events, and natural disasters in different parts of the country may sometimes cause temporary postal service interruptions.

Re-ship Policy:  It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and current shipping address.  If a package is returned due to Wrong/Incomplete/Unknown/Insufficient address, and must be re-shipped, an additional shipping fee will be due, equal to the original shipping charge.  

Delivery Confirmation:  The purpose of tracking is to provide proof of service and delivery.  To this end, all parties rely on the carrier's scans, especially the final "Delivered" scan provided by your local neighborhood/route postal person.  In all cases, this proof of delivery shall be considered final. I will not refund, reship, or investigate claims of non-receipt once delivery has been confirmed by your local post office. In cases where your item has been marked "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check around your mailbox and other areas such as doors and driveways, as the package may be too large for your box.  You should also ask neighbors if they erroneously received your package.  Finally, you should ask your specific route postal person about your package and/or contact your local post office manager regarding the problem.  If you provide an incorrect address and the package is delivered to that address, this will also be considered final.

Delivery damage:  In the unlikely event (1:300) that the carrier damages your item in transit, please provide a photo of the damage.  If replacement is warranted, the replacement item shall be identical to the original item ordered.  Terms for replacement are determined on an individual basis.

Resolution:

If you have any legitimate concerns with your purchase, please contact me promptly and directly versus launching a feedback attack or formal dispute. I will address your issue with the same courtesy, as quickly as possible.  I have been involved with e-commerce on a variety of platforms and websites for over 30 years, and have seen *every* possible issue, complaint or claim that one can imagine.  There is rarely ANY situation that requires filing a dispute, chargeback, or "opening a case" prior to courteous communication. Your purchase and satisfaction matters, so I will address all legitimate issues swiftly, with professionalism and thoughtfulness.  Please do not lose patience if you contact me outside of normal business hours or on weekends/holidays, and  do not receive an instant reply. I try to respond to all messages within the same or next "business" day, which means daytime hours on non-holiday weekdays, M-F.
