are very down to earth and approachable. Hand made items: Most of our items are truly hand made, meaning that each item is somewhat unique. We inspect every item before we send them out, we are honest people and if there is anything that sticks out like a sore thumb, we may contact you to see if you'd still happy. Dispatch Times: We aim to pack and dispatch orders as soon as we can (within an hour). We are a small family run business though and sometimes family life can slow us down a little so it may be as late as next day.
