Rare Vintage ELMO Treadle Sewing Machine Parts or Repair INV17650

Here we have an unusual ELMO treadle sewing machine. Could use a little TLC but the mechanism moves freely by hand. Looks to be a machine you could revive or a good source for parts. Please see the pics.
