1. Google it, Bing it, Yahoo it. Listing products online is expensive and time-consuming. Sometimes we don’t include dimensions, weight, or full product descriptions. If you have a question about an item, a quick internet search will get you an answer faster than we can.
2. We are not the manufacturer nor were we involved in product creation. If you have a poor experience with a product, please don’t judge us based on its performance or quality. Don’t shoot the messenger—or in our case, the reseller.
3. We reuse shipping materials to keep costs down and reduce landfill waste. Your box might be pink, or the shipping envelope might say "Happy Birthday," but the care we take in packaging your item safely is always genuine.
4. Make realistic offers, pretty please. We are enormously grateful for your business. However, offering $10 for a brand new item that sells for $100 elsewhere is a waste of our time and yours. We do pay for the merchandise we resell to you, along with other overhead costs like rent, insurance, and labor. Thank you for understanding.
5. There are benefits to paying full retail. One of these benefits is the luxury of a manufacturer/retailer warranty. We do not offer warranties or product replacements. We do not accept returns except in cases where we have listed an item incorrectly.

Imperfections are to be expected. 90% of the time, our products look like they just came from the factory. However, sometimes a box is damaged or a product has an imperfection that affects its appearance but not its performance. While we try to document these conditions, we can make mistakes. If you want perfection and the need to yell at someone when things don’t go your way, we recommend shopping elsewhere.

We take great care to provide accurate product conditions and photographs of all our listings. As a discount retailer, we work with slim margins and offer free shipping to enhance your shopping experience. Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the item you receive is not as described or photographed. Please note that our products are stored in a warehouse, so occasional dust accumulation or wrinkling of textiles may occur. These conditions do not qualify for a return.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, and it is in stock, we are happy to accommodate you. The buyer is responsible for both return shipping and delivery shipping costs.

Shipping Damage: If your item is damaged during shipping, you, as the buyer, are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. We take photos of larger and/or more expensive items before shipping to document their exact condition. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during shipping, you are welcome to contact us to see if we have photos that can help with your claim. While we make no guarantees, we will always do our best to accommodate you.
