The 316L stainless steel spiral nozzle is a compact, anti-clogging, environmentally friendly nozzle with a wide range of applications. The liquid is tangled and collided by successively smaller spirals to produce a hollow conical spray shape as tiny liquid droplets are ejected. The spray angle is 120° and the flow rate ranges from 5.5 to 4140 litres per minute at a pressure of 3 bar. These nozzles are available with a male threaded connection.

The spiral nozzle, also called desulphurisation nozzle, anti-clogging nozzle, high flow nozzle, dust removal nozzle, corrosion resistant nozzle. This compact nozzle has a smooth flow path to minimise fluid blockage and maximise the flow rate in a given pipe size.
Principle of operation: The liquid (or slurry) is formed into a mist by tangling and colliding with the successively smaller spiral surface, which turns into tiny liquid droplets and sprays out. The streamlined design of the nozzle cavity from inlet to outlet minimises the resistance coefficient and makes the spiral nozzle suitable for a variety of jobs. For example: chemical, environmental protection, electric power, textile and many other industrial fields, especially the flue gas desulphurisation and dust removal industry is more widely used. Its wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fogging and anti-clogging properties have been accepted by many users in this industry
