Our delivery is usually done within 5-10 minutes after confirmation of purchase.
We kindly ask that you provide your character name and the time you will be available online, either in the "message to seller" field or via direct message on eBay.

Once I receive your information, I will send you an invitation to the game. You will then need to go to my location to proceed with the  exchange in person. During the exchange process, we would appreciate it if you could include some junk items in the exchange window.


In the event that delivery of your item is not possible for any reason, the corresponding payment will be refunded.

Once the order has been completed and delivered, no refund or return option is offered.

The seller will not assume any responsibility for the products once they have been delivered to the buyer.
