Great Index on different kinds of neighbors, situations, real life examples and ideas - even when you may be pushing the kegal and not illegal   Its more a DIY to outsmart I am certain you will agree this book is more likely unread than read.  It's just too clean and tight, no reading marks, no signs of reading to left edge.  Just light aging, no finger marks  and the book is tight-as-can-be, no play.  I'm certain you'll agree this copy has not even been partially read upon receipt.

No dog ears, writing, stains or marks of my kind. Book grades right on the border of Fine-/NF+ but fir the remainder mark top and bottom page edges as shown.   Whilst almost certainly unread there's just the slightest rubbing shelfwear over 30 years. Barely any, wrap is still pretty bright and shony as you can see. Spine unfaded and uncreased. Perfect for shelf.
