Thank you for visiting our store. Our store specializes in the original models created with the highest quality movements produced and only possible by Nidec-Sankyo technologies. Nidec Sankyo is the largest music box manufacturer in Japan, which began producing music boxes after World War II and has been refining its technology day by day. There are currently only a few dedicated music box manufacturers worldwide.
Even for the seasoned music box creators, It took many years to conclude endless and dedicated research to find the perfect wood creating the quality sound, going down to details as to ideal wood type, thickness, shape, and paint. Your original model music box will be completed with meticulously adjusted for each song. For the final finishing step, the movement is screwed in place with optimal tightness, and the glass plate is adjusted to ensure that the sound resonates beautifully.
Adjusting a music box is more difficult than arranging a typical musical instrument in the sense that it affects the tuning of the music box itself.
Should you require repair, we will be glad to take it to the Nidec Sankyo factory directly, with the repair and shipping costs at your cost.
