The tank must be installed with our water filter for the product warranty to be valid. 
The water filter needs to be regularly changed or replaced (every 6 months or 3 months in hard water areas) to avoid system debris and limescale going into the tank.
The heating unit must be installed installed to a 3-in-1 tap with 5 flexi tails or a 4-in-1 tap with 6 flexi tails as detailed in the diagrams for the product warranty to be valid. It is essential that the unit is installed as per the provided installation guide and diagrams shown on this listing to ensure correct water flow and pressure. If the water connections have not been correctly plumbed as shown, this can result in internal pressure imbalances, potentially causing damage to the unit.
