Set of 7 Colorado Rush To The Rockies Frosted Tom Collins Glasses by Libby

Each glass is 6-1/2" tall with 2-1/4" wide bases. The sides flare out and up slightly to the 2-3/4" wide gold trimmed rolled rims.

All glasses have an enamel painted medallion on the back with

The fronts of the glasses have a variety of enamel painted images of the history of this event
*2 glasses are "The Arrival of the First Passenger Train into Denver" featuring a steam engine pulling draped in orange banners and flags, settlers standing on each side of the track
*2 glasses are "Discovery of Gold At Little Day Creek"  Summer of 1858 featuring two miners beside a creek panning for gold one has his arm raised in celebration
*One glass is "Kit Carson discussing treaty with Ute Chief Ouray" Ft. Garland 1866 featuring Carson sitting at a desk with Chief Ouray standing in front.
*One glass is "The Battle of La Glorieta Pass" March 1862 featuring a General and soldiers , one holding the American Flag, the other a Dixie Flag
*One glass is "Opera House at Central City" The Richest Square Mile On Earth, featuring a gentleman and lady dressed in their finest standing in front of the Opera House, a man in the foreground ringing a bell
