This item is at least 30x more robust than ANY comparable part made of plastic, especially 3D printed parts. Accuracy related parts like these should always be as rigid/stiff as possible. Plastic parts tend to bend and 3D printed parts also tend to break.

The screw is screwed in the direction where the head disappears in the sink hole, as shown on the pictures. NOT the other way round!
