Both versions are identical in design, fit and use.

Primary difference is weight.

PVD coated finishes have the same surface properties on both materials.

On non-coated finishes, titanium has a slightly different tone, that classic duller finish, slightly warmer feel to Stainless steel.  Non coated titanium can be repolished removing any marks but many prefer the natural patina that builds up.  Personally, I've got both and I don't have a favourite, both look great.
