Provenance, Condition, Authenticity

• From the estate of an Italian gentleman collector and antiquaire who acquired a large inventory of fine ancient beads during extensive travels and periods of residence in Southeast Asia during the latter half of the 20th century
• Condition of beads consistent with age and as expected for ancient material, with an intact distinctive original patina
• Beads are complete, structurally sound and without repairs
• The beads have been cleaned in accordance with principles of museum conservation using only soft natural animal-hair brushes without liquids, oils or chemicals 
• Condition of new beading fiber, findings and stylistically-consistent 18k gold custom clasp are all excellent/new
• At purchaser's request, authenticity and provenance will be certified in writing (COA) by an M.A. art historian, expert, and seasoned scholar of Southeast Asian cultures, history, arts, and languages
