Mostre all'estero, in particolare in SVIZZERA: Ginevra, Losanna, Château d'Oex dove soggiorna spesso. Uno dei suoi studenti, John PASCHOUD, è oggi rinomato lì. Pittore solitario e discreto, NANCEY ha esposto troppo raramente perché il grande pubblico e la critica ricordassero il suo nome come merita, ma è apprezzato dai collezionisti privati. Il suo lavoro come acquarellista è particolarmente interessante e accattivante. Preoccupato per la luce e sensibile all'intimità dei soggetti, lo interessano scene di interni e paesaggi; Combinando lo stile del disegno con strati di colore ampiamente diffusi, NANCEY è costantemente interessato alla composizione, in un semplice schizzo come nelle creazioni più grandi. often stays. One of his students, John PASCHOUD, is renowned there
today. A solitary and discreet painter, NANCEY exhibited too rarely for
the general public and critics to remember his name as it deserves, but
he is prized by private collectors. His work as a watercolorist is
particularly interesting and captivating. Concerned with light and
sensitive to the intimacy of subjects, he is interested in interior
scenes and landscapes; Combining the drawing style with widely diffused
layers of color, NANCEY is constantly interested in composition, in a
simple sketch as well as in larger creations. NANCEY resided in GRENOBLE
