Dasylirion lucidum - - NO Encephalartos cycas
Dasylirion lucidum, commonly known as Green Sotol, is a striking succulent plant native to Mexico. This evergreen species features a dense rosette of stiff, sword-shaped leaves that are a vibrant green color. The leaves are characterized by their finely toothed margins and sharp tips. Mature plants develop a tall, woody flowering stalk that can reach up to 15 feet in height. The stalk bears numerous small, creamy-white flowers arranged in dense panicles.
