This is the MANUFACTURING DATE. Avon never print a “best use by” date or expiration date on the packages. But Avon products have a typical shelf life of approximately 3 year.

You will also see an open jar printed on the packaging. This symbol describes the number of months in which the product must be used after it is opened. If you see 12M written inside the jar, it means that you may use the product for 12 months after the date you open the jar as long as you keep it in a cool, dry place while storing.

RETURN POLICY:
Upon your order, you have 30 days to raise your return. We are responsible for the costs of return for your convenience. Because we try our best not to make things complicated for you.

Once you request a return:
* We will send you an eBay shipping label within 3 business days.
* Prepare your return: put the products in a package (you can use the original box). Print and put the warehouse address part of return label on the outside of your package.
* Please ensure your items are securely wrapped. If there is a gift in the package, all gifts must be returned.
* Post your return to our address in Miami, FL. If we don’t see any indicators that the item is on its way back to us, we may close the return as per eBay policies.
* As we receive the returned item, we will have 2 days to to check the item and issue your refund.

If the item is damaged / broken, we shall have the right to deduct an amount from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.
