Good used condition: marks/wear in line with age and previous normal handling usage. There are some old splits in the top surface; an area of damage where it folds on the outer edge (see third to last photo); and there is a small blemish on the tabletop (see fourth to last photo), which I expect a professional polisher could rectify. The last two photos show where a split has come away from the main surface and unfortunately a splinter has detached (retained), so may require remedial work to stabilse.
