Rare Disney postal cover from 1958 mailed by M. Alevy, Disney's exclusive agent in Venezuela, to Martin Lewin Co. of Hollywood CA. Postal cover features an image of Mickey Mouse & Dumbo.

I found an article in an issue of Boxoffice magazine from May 11, 1957 which reads:

 "Disney Men in Session from 20 Countries ~ Hollywood ~ Representatives of Walt Disney's merchandising division from 20 countries in all quarters of the globe held a week-long meeting at the Disney studios in Burbank. It was the first convention for overseas representatives held in this country and the fourth since the early 1930s. // The first international convention was held in Milan in 1947, the second in Stockholm in 1951, and the third in Paris in 1953. Today, Disney character merchandise is distributed in 30 countries outside the United States. // Delegates were given a ground-floor view of the complex Disney operation, heard from Disney executives on various phases of production, and saw upcoming new features such as Johnny Tremain, Perri, Old Yeller, and Sleeping Beauty. // Those attending included [...] M. Alevy, Venezuela."
