DESCRIPTION:   SCOUTS CANADA Boy Scouts Volunteer Service pin, for 15 years of service to the Scouting movement, a small but significant Thank You that was regularly awarded to Leaders and other volunteers when such appreciation was more common place, I believe the earliest design

-measures ½” x 5/8” or 1 mm x 1.5 mm in size

-the embossed gold toned metal pin features a Fleur des Lis with a number & the words SCOUTS CANADA, it comes with the pin fastener as well

-most of these Service Award pins I have owned have the words BOY SCOUTS below the Fleur des Lis, this versions was thus produced for a very few years after 1978
