Princess Cruise Lines is an American-British company owned by Carnival Cruise Lines. It is the second largest cruise line in the world. The S.S.Sky Princess is a Royal-class cruise ship operated by Princess.
For auction is a dinner menu from the Sky Princess for Thursday, August 4, 1991. Entrees offered included crab Newburg, Alaska salmon, Long Island duck, and beef wellington. Meals included appetizers, soup and salad, desserts, cheese and fruit, and beverages.
The menu measures appx 11 x 8 1/2 closed, 17x11 opened, and is printed on semi-glossy cardstock. It is in excellent condition, with no rips, tears, writing, markings or spills.
