1. Purchase our service
2. After purchase you will receive our address and instructions via eBay message.
3. Send us your UNIT(at your expense; we pay shipping when sending back to you) with a NOTE in the box describing your issues.
4. We do all of the work usually within 24 hours of arrival(unless otherwise stated in the description or picture).

We will mail it back to you using USPS Priority. You will receive a tracking number. (NOTE: We pay for the shipping to you only, you have to send it to us at your expense)

1. Repair service, not a part:
This sale is for a repair service, and we do not have any parts for sale.

2. Packaging responsibility:
You are responsible for packaging your part securely to prevent any damage during transit. We will return it using the same packaging. If the UNIT arrives damaged, we will provide you with a picture of the condition upon receipt.

3. Rare repair limitations:
In very rare cases, we may encounter an issue that is beyond repair. If this happens, you will have the option to receive a refund upon returning the ITEM to you, or you may choose to donate it to us for parts.

4. Post-repair support:

Lifetime Warranty: In some rare cases, if the problem recur, - Rest Assured that we'll handle it promptly.

Initial 3 Months Shipping Coverage: For the first 3 months after receiving your UNIT, shipping both ways (priority mail) is included.

Non-Transferable Warranty: Kindly note, the warranty isn't transferable upon selling the car. Our data log includes customer information and a dedicated warranty number for tracking.
