We are providing Dome Voice Coil servicing only

This servicing includes the following:
- assessing your driver unit(s)
- removing old dome and voice coil components
- removing old ferrofluid and residues
- cleanup and prep interfaces
- rebuild and install new domes plus voice coil
- replacement domes range between ~ 3 and 4 ohms DCR depending on the specific driver(s)
- test and verification of restoration
- smart individual boxing of restored driver unit(s) for its safe return to you
- tracked shipment of completed driver unit(s) back to your location
You are responsible for the following:
- safely package old driver unit(s) within adequate boxing
- package each driver unit separately and all drivers into one box
- typically send in only the tweeter driver units themselves
- in some cases, the entire tweeter plus mid/bass driver can and should be sent in - INQUIRE
- adequately protect entire driver unit and leads
- sandwiched between two 3"x6" or larger 1" foam layers is best
- adequately protect leads
- overdoing packaging is preferable
- we supply the shipTo address
- ship said box to us; be sure to use tracking and insurance
Typical turn around is 10-14 days; please be patient with the process
This is not for emergency purposes so no one day turnaround, no overnight shipping options, etc.
Preference is to do these in pairs for obvious reasons

If your driver(s) cannot be restored here, we'll let you know ASAP and will ship your driver(s) back to you and refund you in full minus your ship fee. If you don't wish to have the driver(s) sent back to you, then you'll receive a 100% refund of purchase price plus the shipping
If final destination is out of USA, you will of course be responsible for any fees/taxes/countryCharges at that end.
