Shipping Policies

All orders place by 12:00 am, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day if in stock.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday and major US holidays do not count as shipping days for UPS. Sunday and major US holidays do not count as shipping days for USPS.

30 Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the original order/purchase date in most circumstances.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be received in the same condition as shipped before the refund is initiated.

If the returned item is not received in the same condition as shipped, a partial or no refund will be issued, depending on the condition of the returned item.

If an item was sold NEW WITH TAGS, the returned item must have the new tags attached to the original item without the new tags being removed. If the new tags were removed, a partial or no refund will be issued, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Original packaging and contents must be returned and in the same condition it was received, to receive the entire refund of the original purchased item.

All tags, labels and stickers must remain attached to the product.

Please include photos of the item being returned.

We are unable to accept returned products which do not meet the above criteria. If products show signs of wear on NEW or LIKE NEW items or the original box and packaging are missing or damaged without prior authorization, we will be unable to initiate a full refund. Please contact us if you have any questions about the Return Policy.
