A simulation of the violent times in the aftermath of the third Meta-Galactic War. As an empire player, you must protect your commerce and prevent unrest among your populace so that you can rebuild your fleets. You must also protect yourself against the other empire as it is in his interest to see your economy fall apart as much as it is to defeat you on the field of battle.

The Slaver players must amass a fortune and retire before they are apprehended. The Slaver must pay for fuel, his crew, repairs on his ship, etc.

I REFUND EXCESS POSTAGE. I will refund a pro-rated amount of excess postage (since eBay's fees include postage in their calculation); I do not make a profit from shipping.

Expedited shipping always available in the U.S. I offer invoicing as an option to easily combine purchases and get an accurate shipping cost. Otherwise, I will refund excess shipping charges manually on combined shipping orders.
    
I will surround magazines, paperback books, and ziploc games mailed in envelopes with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap for added protection.

Shipping costs for include costs for the appropriate level of insurance, except for first-class postage on items less than $100 (except by request).

Orders totaling at least $100 ship only by UPS Ground or expedited shipping with the appropriate level of insurance, unless otherwise noted.

International shipments: Insured shipments cover only the U.S. portion of the shipments.  eBay shipment policies govern the international portion of the shipments.
