This was briefly installed and then replaced with an automatic switch. It was replaced before construction was completed on the home. All work was performed by certified licensed electricians. Item has no known damage. 1 knockout pushed away a bit but is still in tact and there is a very small amount of primer overspray behind the lever (refer to pictures).
