ISA CF, XT-CF-Lite V4 is a remake of James Pearce's XT-CF-Lite card, which in its turn is a simplified version of his CPLD based XT-CF card, and shares some ideas with XT-IDE card. 

This card allows connecting a Compact Flash (CF) card to computers with ISA bus and using it as a mass storage device. The card use BIOS writen on ROM AT28C64B .

The card is supplied programmed with the following default parameters: 

BIOS RAM address: D000h 

IDE controller base address: 300h

Boot driver: 80h

An AT28C64B EEPROM is installed on the board and can be reprogrammed directly from the PC with the board installed. It is therefore possible to modify the above parameters as desired to make them compatible with your configuration (for example conflicts with other cards) using the XTCFIDE.COM configuration program.

If you have IBM 5150 you need a special BIOS programmed , please tell me to flash the right bios.
