This is a licensed dual player insert from the the RARE 1996 Topps Stars NBA at 50 set.  It does not have a front foil stamp like other Members Only sets--watermarked Members Only on the back is the key to identify this rare card.

Please note this card is missing much/all of the foil and names on the front, very unique
