【 About this Item 】

A reproduction poster faithfully replicating the original design from the 2000 theatrical release.

The 24th installment in the Godzilla series.

This poster is one of the "Complete Revival of All 28 Godzilla Films – Special Posters," created as a prize for a promotional campaign by Japanese convenience stores in 2004, commemorating the release of Godzilla: Final Wars.

Limited to just 1,000 sets, this collection is highly rare and increasingly sought after.

Details of the film.

Year of production: 2000

Director: Masaaki Tezuka

The second installment of the Godzilla Millennium series, this film emphasizes entertainment value as a science fiction movie rather than focusing on serious drama. A distinctive feature of this film is the portrayal of the heroine as a warrior who directly battles Godzilla, with the series’ first depiction of a human riding on Godzilla's back.

The Godzilla featured in this film is the original 1954 Godzilla, continuing from the first film's continuity without being defeated. The Tokyo attack scene from the 1954 film is recreated using the new Godzilla model. In this film, Godzilla is portrayed as a relentless force, resisting human energy manipulation and enduring numerous attacks while fighting against Megaguirus.

Key locations of destruction include Tokyo (Shibuya and Odaiba). The film's world is set in a parallel universe where Osaka became the capital after Godzilla’s attack, and nuclear power generation was abandoned.

【Shipping Method】

Items are usually shipped via airmail through the post office, with a tracking number provided. However, for high-value items or multiple purchases, we may use FedEx Express, which offers faster delivery and higher coverage.

【Common Post-Shipping Issues】

When shipping through the post office, there are often cases where the system integration between Japan Post and the postal service of the destination country does not work smoothly. On eBay, tracking data is synchronized with Japan Post, so the status may remain as "Awaiting Customs Clearance" without any updates. In reality, the package is progressing, but due to these system issues, the status does not change. You can obtain accurate tracking information by entering the tracking number on the destination country’s postal service website.

【Packaging Method】

To minimize the risk of damage during transit, purchased posters are packaged as follows:

・The rolled poster is placed in an OPP bag.

・The sides of the rolled poster are protected with cushioning material to prevent wrinkles or damage.

・The poster is placed in a sturdy cardboard tube. The tube we use is thicker than those commonly sold at hardware stores. While the standard tube thickness is 1mm, we use tubes that are 2mm thick. (Square cardboard boxes can be crushed when stacked or mishandled by couriers, but the cardboard tube we use ensures proper protection.)

・For valuable or rare posters, an additional outer box is used to further minimize the risk of damage.
