  • It can bend round pipes with a maximum wall thickness of 0.2".

ITEM DETAILS
It adopts split structure, which is easy to install and does not take up space. Capable of bending angles from 0° to 90° on pipes ranging from 1/2”to 4”, one molding, easy to operate, greatly improve production efficiency.
Hand pump with 1.7 meter hose allows operation from a distance, increasing flexibility and safety. Triangle bracket design, less effort for stable support and easier for tube bending.
By adjusting the relative distance between the two supporting iron blocks, the bending amplitude of the object to be bent can be flexibly adjusted to meet different bending requirements, strong hardness, high precision.
Higher strength, better seal, good stability, long service life, safe from oil leakage, can ensure the accuracy requirements in the working process. When the liquid in the cylinder plays the role of transmitting force, the pressure is high and the flow rate is large, which can provide a large torque.
Thickened design, smooth edge grinding, and connection with the bend mouth.
Dies are cast with ductile iron, high strength, good toughness and plasticity, long-term use without deformation and cracking, higher strength than ordinary gray cast iron, not easy to break.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged  items, depending on the condition.
▲ Items returned under the buyer’s remorse: The return shipping fee must be  covered by the buyer; The original shipping cost will also be  deducted from the refund. 15% restocking fee of the items purchase price will be charged. 
▲ Returns that are the result of our seller's error: Buyer will receive a full  refund of the item as well as shipping charges

Defective & Damaged  Products 

▲ If product was received damaged or not as described, please send us some pictures or videos, so we could well understand your problem,   then solve them for you ASAP. Besides, it's much helpful for us to claim with UPS, remind our related department to pay much more   attention to packaging later on. Hope for your understanding.
▲ Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
