This is a vintage quartz (Japan movement) analog watch with second hand and date feature. It is pre-owned and has several minor scratches on the crystal and band that are not too evident to the naked eye, except for one over the date. The hands and indices are luminous in the dark after being exposed to light. Comes with an adjustable stainless steel band, which can be changed.
The U.S. Navy emblem--symbolizing core values of strength, courage, and duty--features a spread eagle perched on top of a shield, with 2 crossed anchors.

I did clean the band best I could with jewelry cleaner. But back of case near the band needs a good cleaning.
The most noticeable scratch is directly over the date. I've read there are ways to buff or polish this out, but haven't tried it.
