Lost/missing parcels:

Please allow 30 working days for international buyers for your order to arrive.

Before contacting me regarding a missing or lost parcel please check the tracking number for a postage update. Many items are too big to be posted through a letterbox so please also check with:

I will help you try to locate all missing/lost parcels. If we cannot locate missing/lost parcels then a report will be passed to Royal Mail for investigation. A replacement or refund
