Personalised Name Transfer

Description

This listing is for a name or word of your choice, personalised specially for you on an easy to apply Hot-Fix transfer. This will be made using high quality rhinestones in the font style as shown in the picture.

The transfer can easily be applied on a garment using a household iron or a heat press. (Full fixing instructions will be supplied with your order)

Please Note:

1) Height of Capital letters is approximately 5cms (2 inches). The width of the transfer will vary depending on the name you require. The first letter will be a capital followed by lower case letters for the rest of the word. We can include a maximum of two capital letters (example - Mrs Smith); if you'd like more please ask for a quote.

2) Please ensure that you provide us the name / word you wish to get personalised. You can do this in the " Note to seller " box, when you checkout in PayPal or just by sending us a message using "Ask seller a question" link in eBay.

3) Please check the spellings before sending us your requirements, as personalised items cannot be returned.

Shipping and Delivery
We try to send items out within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. You will receive a dispatch notification once we ship your items. During holiday periods or problems such as postal strikes & heavy snowfall issues etc. kindly understand that all postal services get affected and may take longer than usual to deliver. Even otherwise, if you have not recieved your items after a week has passed from the dispatch date, kindly get in touch with us and we will try our best to resolve issues.

International Shipping
For all International destinations, please ask for a p&p quote before purchasing an item as costs vary widely depending on location and size / weight of items. Kindly ask us BEFORE making any purchases.

Please note that we will only use a registered & signed for service to ship to International destinations. Although these cost more compared to normal Airmail services, they provide security and cover in cases where items get lost, damaged or badly delayed whilst in transit. It is therefore imperative that you ask us about shipping costs BEFORE making any purchases.

All international bidders please note that you will be responsible for the payment of any Import Tax/Duty that your country may require.

Returns Policy
We have a no quibble 14 days returns policy. If you are not happy with an item that you have purchased from us, you can return it back to us within this period after receipt of the item. This should be returned in the same sellable condition as it was delivered, with all packaging (if any) intact. You will have to bear the postage costs in such an event. Once we receive the item we will give you a full refund LESS any initial carriage charges.

In the event that an item has been delivered faulty to you, or a wrong colour / size was sent (than what was advertised) we will bear full costs of either sending you a replacement OR we will refund your monies fully.
