The Majolica 12" 19th Century Palissy Crab Charger is a beautiful piece of decorative art. These chargers are often made from ceramic or earthenware and feature intricate designs, including depictions of crabs, seagrass, and other sea elements in high relief. They were typically produced in Europe, with countries like Italy and Portugal being known for their exquisite Majolica ware.

In excellent condition. No chips or cracks. Does have crazing which is typical of this pottery.  Has holes in back of plate for hanging on wall.
