We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders, with some exclusions for highlands and islands postcodes. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, UK Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Northern Ireland will incur a £25 additional delivery fee.

On rare occasions whereby an attempted delivery fails and the courier returns the items to us, a re-delivery fee of £10 will apply which must be paid before we re-send your order. If you do not receive your order within the above timescales, please contact us as your order may be held at a local delivery depot.
Please ensure that the contact telephone number and email address on your order are both correct and up to date to enable us or our delivery partners to contact you in the event of any delivery enquiries. For deliveries by Pallet Carrier, our delivery partner will endeavour to contact you approximately one hour before delivery.
We strongly advise you do not book any installers or engage in preparatory work until full receipt of your goods, and you have checked your goods to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit.
Please note: we will only deliver to the address on the order and the couriered goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage shall be your responsibility.
Returns ❯
If you'd like to return your order for any reason, please return within 30 days of delivery. The goods must be returned in their original condition with undamaged packaging, any seals and/or shrink-wrap intact, be in resaleable condition and must not have been used or fitted.
When returning an item for a refund or exchange, all returns are the responsibility of the buyer including the cost of return delivery to our UK warehouse. Please note that some products must be transported by pallet; if your order is delivered on a pallet we recommend that you retain it along with any packaging until you are completely satisfied.
All returns should be sent using a trackable and insured carrier as the responsibility of the products remains with you until they arrive with us and are deemed in suitable condition.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
